Since my early thirties my front teeth had been very crooked, and working for a bank my teeth were an embarrassment. Approaching 50 years old, metal braces did not appeal, so I went ahead with Invisalign (transparent removable aligners) and have not regretted it.

My treatment took four years (this is exceptionally long!). First I wore a removable brace, followed by fixed braces. At first braces gave me blisters, and it was a little sore when the brace was tightened. And food can get stuck after eating. But if you are prepared to wear them and maintain them properly, the end result is worth it. Your teeth will look amazing when they’re off!
